Bijou4u.net is a division within uklocalnet (www.uklocalnet.com) that deals with  costume and fashion jewellery.

Our aim is to provide you with competitively priced fashion jewellery.

How To Order

Just enter the amount of the item that you require and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ image and your shopping cart will be updated, and you will be taken to the checkout page. To continue shopping click on ‘Continue Shopping’ button to return to the page that you were on.

Credit Card Security

Bijou4u.net accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express through our payment service provider Paypal. Your payment will be listed as being made to uklocalnet.
All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.

Delivery

As our items are usually in stock, we usually process your order within 1 working day. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order.

Europe Delivery (Including United Kingdom, Guernsey & Jersey)

All items are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail. Shipping is based upon the total weight of the items that you have purchased.

Outside Europe All items are sent by Air Mail. Shipping is based upon the total weight of the items that you have purchased.

Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .

Tax Charges  All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Returns Policy

Bijou4u maintains an 8 day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 8 working days of delivery You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our premises.
For hygienic reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

Faulty Goods

Our products are thoroughly checked by our manufacturer and by us to ensure customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us at returns@bijou4u.net  We will issue you with a returns number and confirm which Royal Mail postal service the goods should be returned by. Faulty goods should be returned within 8 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, a brief explanation of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will automatically issue a refund for the total costs of the goods including agreed postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at returns@bijou4u.net and return the goods to us within 8 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge.

Lost Goods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order at  admin@bijou4u.net.  We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.

Our Responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our control. Whilst we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online or in any brochure. Dimensions and weights shown are approximate and may vary. Bijou4u  cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied.
